Client Profile

One of our clients, from Morocco, runs his own brand and has created a slipper line with his own unique style. When he first sent us his purchasing list in 2022, we discovered that one of the sneakers required a customization order of 1,440 pairs in three colors, with custom PVC patch decorations and the custom logo.

The Challenge

Complex customization: This shoe style is ordered in three colors, with only 480 pairs customized per color. The quantity fails to meet our standard minimum order quantity, making it a tricky order case. And the embossed logo on the microfibre upper, custom-printed insole, branded shoe box, and a tight 30-day production cycle. The client only had a hand-drawn sketch.

Our Customization Process

Design to Tech Pack: Our merchandiser turned her sketch into a factory-ready AI file and physical specification sheet within 48 hours.

Flexible MOQ & Sampling: We found a specialized OEM workshop willing to start at 480 pairs per color. The first sample was modified 3 times until the logo depth and sole softness perfectly met the client’s customization requirements.

Transparent Production: During mass production, we provided daily video updates and invited the client for a live video inspection before shipment.

The Results

Exactly 1440 pairs of custom sneakers were delivered to the Morocco within the stipulated time.

After the goods arrived, the shoes attracted plenty of attention once displayed in the store. More than 400 pairs were sold within a week, and numerous local wholesalers have placed booking orders one after another.
